CHRISTOPHER HERRICK

This is the third engagement for Christopher Herrick as part of the
Westminster Concert Organ Series. During Herrick's ten years at
Westminster Abbey he played for many Royal and State occasions and
performed over 200 recitals. Since 1984, he has enjoyed a highly
successful international career as a freelance concert organist,
performing to enthusiastic audiences and to critical acclaim
worldwide. Recent highlights include the New York complete Bach 14-day
marathon, his own 'Organ Prom' at Albert Hall in London, numerous
inaugural concerts including the Winspear Centre Concert Hall in
Edmonton, where he later recorded Organ Fireworks X. Current recording
plans include Organ Fireworks XII being recorded in Denmark in the
spring of 2007.

OLIVIER VERNET

|
French organist
Olivier Vernet became Titular Organist of Monaco Cathedral in 2006,
after having won an international competition for the post. A native
of Vichy, France, Mr. Vernet is also Professor of Organ at the Tour
Conservatory, and in Monaco at the Academy of Music Rainer III.
He is artistic Director of the Monaco International Organ Festival and
the Organ Festival of Moughins. Olivier Vernet has recorded more that
65 commercial CDs including the complete organ works of Bach, Bruhns,
Buxtehude, Clerambault, Couperin, Hanff, Kneller, Liszt and the
complete concertos for organ and orchestra of C.P.E. Bach, Corrette,
and Haydn.

MARNIE GIESBRECHT and JOACHIM SEGGER
EDMONTON, ALBERTA

Marnie
Giesbrecht and Joachim Segger are Duo Majoya. They duo repertoire
includes organ duets as well as organ and piano duets. The concert
programs are eclectic and innovative featuring original and
commissioned works, transcriptions, jazz, and improvisations. Both are
regular performers in the Winspear Centre for Music in Edmonton and
the Jack Singer Concert Hall in Calgary. Recent performances also
include concerts in Los Angeles (AGO 2004), Notre Dame Cathedral in
Paris, St. Stephen's Cathedral Vienna and other venues in Canada, US
and Europe. Giesbrecht and Segger direct the music at First
Presbyterian Church in Edmonton, Alberta. This program will feature
Westminster Church's new 7'6"" Yamaha Grand Piano.
